Officers were encouraged to clarify when in doubt and follow instructions that kept departments working in sync. Their assignments supported community facilities during a period of disruption.
Support one another
Listening, encouraging colleagues, keeping work areas organised and planning rest were part of the team’s response. AMC recognised the effort involved in adapting to unfamiliar responsibilities.
